In respecting your privacy, Innovation Home adheres to the following principles related to data protection:

1. We value the trust you show us when you provide us with personal information. We always use your personal data in a fair and trustworthy manner.

2. You have the right to receive clear information about how we use your personal data. We are always transparent about the data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and who you should contact if you have any questions.

Purpose of registers

Innovation Home maintains registers of its customers, contacts, potential prospects, and its own staff.

Innovation Home uses the personal data collected directly from the data subject for communication, development of its own services, and contacting Innovation Home and the listed stakeholders. Communication may also include marketing communication, but it is limited to services offered by Innovation Home. Innovation Home does not use personal data received from contract customers or partners for the aforementioned purposes without the individual’s consent.

Only information that is completely necessary for the purpose of the register is stored in the registers. For example, the Innovation Home customer register, where it is essential to record the names of the customer’s contact persons.

The principles for data deletion are listed in the following paragraph. Information stored in log files and previously sent messages is not deleted because it may be needed even years later for investigating potential misuse or dispute resolution.

Information content and processing principles of the registers maintained by Innovation Home

Innovation Home maintains the registers described below. The information content of all registers is subject to confidentiality commitments by Innovation Home personnel.

Customer and contract registers (Hubspot)

Billing information register

• Procountor – service
• Customers billing details
• Data is removed when asked by the registered. Data from already sent invoices is not removed. You can ask for data removal trough email from work@innovationhome.fi
• Access is limited to Innovation Home staff members and accountants who need this information for performing their job tasks. Accounting is outsourced to Rödl & Partner Asianajotoimisto Oy (Business ID: 2080068–9).

Customer data register

• Innovation Home space reservation system (Asio) and CRM (Hubspot)
• Assigned company contacts contact details and positions in the customer companies
• Marketing blocking (all marketing, only email and sms)
• Categorization into groups relevant for communication (e.g., matters related to contracts, marketing-related messages, and industry-specific information needs). Data is deleted upon request. Previously sent messages are not deleted.
• You can ask for data removal through email from work@innovationhome.fi , already sent messages will not be removed.

Innovation Home’s salaried employee payroll information register

• Payroll processing has been outsourced to Rödl & Partner Asianajotoimisto Oy (Business ID: 2080068-9).
• Legal information for payroll processing and annual reports
• The information will be removed upon request once the annual reports have been completed. However, previously recorded salary payments will not be deleted. To request the removal of your data, please contact the email address work@innovationhome.fi
• Access is limited to accountants, payroll processors, and the restricted personnel responsible for payroll at Innovation Home.

Innovation Home’s employment contract register for salaried employees

• Work contacts, work references, salary information, CV’s, confidentiality agreements. This data is stored in Innovation Home sharepoint and Rödl & Partner Asianajotoimisto Oy
• Data will not be removed
• Access is restricted to Innovation Home managers and company executives.

Marketing Register

• Hubspot (CRM)
• Contact names and email addresses of target sector organizations
• For use only in communicating related to Innovation Home services
• Collected from customers’ public websites, or acquired through other public channels, or trough membership agreements
• Information will be deleted upon request. Previously sent messages will not be removed. You can request the deletion of your data by contacting the email address work@innovationhome.fi

Access rights information for individuals using Innovation Home services

• Asio space reservation system
• Information will be deleted upon request. Previously sent messages will not be removed. You can request the deletion of your data by contacting the email address work@innovationhome.fi

Access and camera surveillance register

• Avigilon Alta camera security system
• Security cameras only capture properties operated, rented, or owned by Innovation Home
• CCTV cameras are in place to safeguard the property and personal safety of Innovation Home and customers
• CCTV cameras don’t record sound, or recognize faces
• Surveillance cameras record for 30 days, and the data is erased and overwritten after that period
• Access to surveillance recordings is restricted to the responsible person at Innovation Home (Tommi Aaltonen). Other Innovation Home’s employees do not have access to the system
• Information will be deleted upon request. Requester must offer exact time stamps and dates of recordings where requester or requesters company staff is recorded. Data deletion requests should be forwarded to work@innovationhome.fi

Disclosures of customer data

Innovation Home does not disclose customer registry information to third parties (except for subcontractors/contractors providing services to Innovation Home. In these cases, only necessary information for service provision is disclosed). Innovation Home does not sell or rent customer registry information to third parties. If customer information needs to be disclosed to external parties for any reason, Innovation Home seeks permission from the relevant company and individuals affected by the data transfer.

Register protection

The registers of Innovation Home (IH) have been stored appropriately using purposeful tools. Access to the information systems requires a username, password, and the address of the database server. Multi Factor Authentication and additional security layers are used whenever possible. No data is kept on paper.

The data subject’s rights of inspection, correction, erasure, and prohibition

The data subject has the right to request information from Innovation Home at any time regarding the data stored about them in the registry and obtain copies of that information. The inspection request must be made in writing and addressed to the registry administrator.

The data subject has the right to request the correction of their own register data.

The data subject also has the right to request the removal of their own information from the registry. The principles for data removal have been discussed for different registers above. Information stored in log files and previously sent messages will not be deleted, as they may be needed even years later for investigating potential misuse or dispute resolution. Additionally, Innovation Home has the right to refrain from removing registry information to the extent that it relates to contractually necessary matters related to valid Customer relationships. Innovation Home has a legitimate interest in not deleting data, or there may be reason to suspect that deletion would hinder the investigation of potential misuse. You can request the removal of your data by contacting the email address work@innovationhome.fi

The data subject has the right to prohibit the data controller from processing information related to themself for direct marketing, distance selling, and other direct marketing purposes, as well as for market and opinion research. The prohibition must be made in writing and addressed to the registry administrator.

Innovation Home’s website uses cookies. The purpose of cookies and statistics is to improve, develop, and target Innovation Home’s website and its content. We ask visitors to our site for consent to use cookies. If the visitor does not accept cookies, no information is collected.
