Cancellation conditions for meeting rooms
If you do not arrive at the reserved space within 30 minutes of the reservation start, your reservation will be canceled.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the event, 50% and after that 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
If it is a quota reservation and the reservation is canceled late, the hours of the reservation will be deducted from the member’s weekly quota.
Cancellation terms for catering orders
In case of catering orders, cancellation must be made 4 business days earlier for events with less than 10 people and 14 business days earlier for events with more than 10 people. In case of later cancellations, we charge 100% of the value of the order.
Ordering event spaces and cancellation conditions
Catering for events should be confirmed to us 14 days before the event. The number of people must be confirmed 7 business days before the event, as well as allergies and special diets must be notified at least 7 business days before so that our kitchen can react to possible changes. If the event extends to a public holiday/Sunday, we will charge a public holiday supplement for the working hours of the staff (holiday and Sunday hours €76/h).
Cancellation of a confirmed event
– More than 14 business days before the event, we charge a €400.00 cancellation fee.
– Less than 14 business days before the event, we charge 50% of the total price of the event.
– 7 business days before the event, we charge 100% of the total price of the event.
If the Finnish government has prohibited the organization of events for compelling reasons, the event can be moved to a new date free of charge.
